Each year, the U. S. Department of Education reports the percentage of school vulcanized children receiving special command for learning disabilities in public schools. Impairing behavior disorders occur in approximately 3%-5% of school aged children. Attention shortage Disorder (ADD) is one common disability in students. ADD is a neurologic disorder that causes inattentiveness and impulsiveness. Inattentiveness means not concentrating or paying attention.
